My wife and I used David for roughly 18 months, before closing a deal on our first home. During this time, David met us at dozens of homes/open houses, helping us become more "ready" and confident of what we truly wanted. He helped us write multiple offers; outbid or rejected by no-condition offers. He is patient, knowledgeable, and honest. David is a true professional, helping you every step of the way!

David is an excellent Real Estate Professional. Very knowledgeable on the end to end process for buying and selling Real Estate. I had the luck of being referred to David. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and smart realtor. He helped through the sale and also a purchase of my new home and it all went so smooth because of him. He is firm but not pushy and is quite knowledgeable about the markets. He really listens to what you want but guides you depending on the current markets. He made an amazing walk-through video of my home for sale and it sold within 6 days! He came with me while searching for a new home and offered his expertise and information while doing walk throughs.
